During this 'Lambic Blending Experience' you have the opportunity to try 10 different Lambics of Oud Beersel what gives you an insight view of fermentation and the differences in taste of those lambics.
The Lambics,young and old, are selected from different 'demi-muids', 'pijpen' and 'foeders' to let you discover how different those special beers are evolving.
This is one of the few opportunities to taste a so complete line of 'Oud Beersel' Lambic's,.

- Reservations: Because we have limited space, to avoid no-shows and to ensure that only those who really want a brewery visit come, reservation is required.
- Cancel: Reservations that are canceled cannot be refunded. Of course we appreciate it if we get a message that you cannot come, so other interested parties get a chance.
- We can only receive a limited number of guests at the same time. Please reserve as much as possible simultaneously for groups.
- We appreciate it if you arrive on time. It is not possible to wait for latecomers, to join the tour, or to leave the tour early.
- Touching objects in the brewery is not allowed. The guide opens and closes the doors.
